In the unfortunate event you experience a loss to your home, rental property, or tenant’s insurance, please consider the following guidelines:

  1. Make temporary repairs to prevent further damage (board up broken glass etc.)
  2. Call qualified restoration company, if needed
  3. Take photos if possible of all incurred damage
  4. Retain receipts and invoices from service providers
  5. Contact your Account Manager at Moody Insurance for consultation of further processes

Auto Loss: Collision

  1. Contact local authority to document incident
  2. Take photos if possible
  3. Collect pertinent information from all parties involved
  4. Retain receipts and invoices if applicable
